By activating or using b-lvm you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not activate the service. You can stop b-lvm at any time, from inside the app, with a single tap.

b-lvm is a free social project from IDEaaS Labs that provides a structural signal layered on top of human communication. It produces informational signals only. It does not make decisions for you, does not represent a professional opinion, and is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use b-lvm and you must have the right to install and run software on the device you activate it on.

• Use b-lvm responsibly and lawfully.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Do not use b-lvm to make automated decisions that affect others without human review.

You remain fully responsible for what you say, send, decide, and do. b-lvm offers a signal; you make the choice. IDEaaS Labs is not responsible for actions you take in response to the signal.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEaaS Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of b-lvm. Because the service is free, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

The b-lvm name, brand, design, and underlying structural framework are the property of IDEaaS Labs. You are granted a personal, revocable, non transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of b-lvm at any time to keep it safe, reliable, and sovereign. We will reflect material changes to these Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

You may stop using b-lvm at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for users who misuse the service or breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by English law and the service operates within EU jurisdiction. Disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
